Herman Bagga, MD
Herman Singh Bagga, MD is a fellowship-trained urologist offering comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions and diseases of the urinary tract system and reproductive organs. He has particular clinical interest in genitourinary reconstruction and urethral stricture disease, as well as men’s health issues including sexual and erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease. He also specializes in kidney stones, prostate issues, voiding dysfunction and urinary incontinence, infertility issues, and urinary oncology including renal, prostate, penile, and bladder cancers. He has experience in open, laparoscopic, robotic and micro surgery. He received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD where he served as student body president and as commencement speaker, His residency in general surgery and Urology was completed at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He then completed training with fellowship in genitourinary reconstruction and prosthetics at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Bagga has helped author multiple textbooks and has conducted research focused on the epidemiology of disease, surgical techniques, clinical outcomes, and the use of technology in medicine. He serves as editorial board member and reviewer for multiple Urologic journals and is a faculty reviewer for McGraw-Hill’s First Aid USMLE Series of board review textbooks. He is an active member of the Urologic community and maintains memberships in several societies including the American Urological Association.
